- Receive final drawings with changes from draftsperson.
- Final plan sent to engineer for plot plan.
- Staking of lot is scheduled.
- Engineering of roof trusses.

| PRE-CONSTRUCTION |
- Permit application is taken to building department.
- Customer visits all suppliers and finalizes selections within 4 weeks of signing contract and prior to excavation.
- Review selections with salesperson.
- Add any options. Make final changes.
- Permit returned from building department.

| CONSTRUCTION |
- Excavation is scheduled.
- Customer meets with lender and makes loan application (process takes 30-45 days).
- Salesperson schedules pre-construction meeting with customer and job superintendent.
- Excavation and framing commence.
- Schedule electrical walk through after framing is completed.
- Schedule inspections with salesperson after home is locked.
- Completion of home after foundation takes 60-90 days.

| PRE-CLOSING |
- Salesperson provides customer with an estimated date of closing.
- Customer checks with lender regarding loan processing time.
- Contact Meyer's closing coordinator with lender information 60 days prior to closing.
- Location and time of closing will be set by our office approximately 2 weeks prior to closing.
- Closing summary (final figures) will be prepared 15-30 days prior to closing.
- Pre-closing walk-through will be scheduled 3-4 days prior to closing with salesperson.
- Homeowners insurance policy and paid receipt required at closing.
- Call utility companies and transfer utilities into your name, effective date of closing.

| CLOSING |
- Final dollars needed will be obtained by customer from title company.
- Cashier's or certified check required at closing for out of pocket expenses and downpayment.
- Any costs not included in closing price must be paid to builder prior to closing.
- Attend closing. Keys and warranty information will be distributed.

| INSPECTIONS |
- Service inspections will be made at thirty-days and eleven-months.
Remember, you may call subcontractors directly if you have an emergency. Otherwise, please save repairs for your inspections.

| FOLLOW UP |
- Salesperson will phone you 30 days after the closing to make sure all is well. We certainly hope that it will be, and that you will enjoy your new home for many years to come.
